How can I book a ride?

Click the “Book Ride” button and enter your trip details to see an estimated fare. If you’re happy with it, you can send your booking request directly from that page via WhatsApp or email. We’ll then reply to confirm availability, final price and payment details, and send your booking confirmation.If you have special requirements, you can also contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We’re based in Edinburgh and cover local journeys around the city, airport transfers, and longer trips across the UK. If you’re not sure whether we can cover your journey, please contact us with your trip details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Full payment details and a secure payment link will be sent to you to secure your booking after we’ve checked availability and confirmed your final price.

Do you offer return journeys?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can provide one‑way, return and multi‑stop journeys. If you need a return transfer, please include your return date, time and pickup address when you book, or mention that you’d like a return journey in your WhatsApp or email message. We’ll confirm both trips together, along with the total price and payment details.

Do I need to provide my flight details?

If you’re travelling to or from Airports, we recommend adding your flight number and airline when you book. This helps us track your flight, adjust for delays where possible and plan your pickup time more accurately. If you don’t have the details to hand, you can still send your booking request and share the flight information with us later by WhatsApp or email.

How much notice is required for an airport transfer?

For airport transfers, we usually need at least 24 hours’ notice so we can plan your journey and driver.If you need a last‑minute airport transfer, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email  and we’ll do our best to help, depending on availability.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, don’t worry – we use your flight details to check for delays and adjust your pickup time where possible. Your driver will aim to meet you after you land.

What if I am delayed at baggage claim or customs?

If you’re delayed at baggage claim or customs, don’t worry. Your booking includes a complimentary 60‑minute waiting period from the time your flight lands, giving you time to collect your bags and meet your driver.If you expect a longer delay or want extra time at the airport, you can add the “Extra 1 hour waiting at the airport” option when you book, or contact us by WhatsApp or email to adjust your pickup.

What vehicles do you use?

We use comfortable, well‑maintained private hire vehicles suitable for solo travellers, couples, families and small groups. For most journeys we offer a standard 4‑seater saloon, and for larger groups we provide a 6‑seater minivan. If you’re unsure which option is best for your group size and luggage, just tell us your passenger and bag details when you book and we’ll recommend the right vehicle.

How much luggage can I bring?

Our standard saloon is suitable for up to 4 passengers with around 2 medium suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage. Our 6‑seater minivan is better for larger groups and can take up to 4 medium suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage. If you’re travelling with extra‑large items or special equipment (such as golf clubs, skis, prams or bulky bags), please let us know when you book so we can make sure we send the right vehicle.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats can be provided on request. Please tell us the number and type of seats you need (baby, toddler or booster) and the age of each child when you send your booking request. We’ll confirm availability and any extra charge in your booking confirmation message.

Where will I meet my driver at Edinburgh Airport?

Your driver will meet you at the pick-up and drop off zone multi-storey carpark building ground floor . We’ll confirm the exact meeting point in your booking confirmation message.

What if I can’t find my driver?

If you can’t find your driver at the pickup point, please call or WhatsApp us straight away. We’ll help you locate your driver or update the meeting point if needed.

What is your Meet & Greet service?

Our Meet & Greet service means your driver will meet you inside the terminal at Edinburgh Airport, holding a sign with your name. They’ll help guide you to the vehicle and assist with luggage where possible. You can add Meet & Greet when you book your airport transfer, and the fixed fee will be included in your final price.

What is the “Extra 1 hour waiting at the airport” option?

Accepted Answer

Your booking already includes a complimentary 60‑minute waiting period from the time your flight lands. If you expect longer delays at baggage claim or customs, you can add the “Extra 1 hour waiting at the airport” option when you book. This gives you an additional paid hour of waiting time at the airport and helps make sure your driver is available for you even if things take longer than expected.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

For airport transfers, long‑distance journeys and group bookings, please cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time to avoid charges and be eligible for a refund. For everyday local rides, please cancel at least 1 hour in advance. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you offer discounts for repeat customers?

Yes. We value our regular customers, and we may be able to offer discounts on certain journeys. Please contact us with your trip details, and we’ll let you know what we can offer.
